At Friday evening services, September 5th, 2008, Our newly renovated marquee was unveiled by Rabbi Goldfarb and a blessing said….

A speech was given by Phil Carey, TBO Brotherhood President as follows: 

“This all started a little over 2 years ago.  David Saine got a few guys
together with an idea to restart the Brotherhood at TBO.  Some thought it
was a great idea and others were not so sure.  We started off small and
informal.  We had a few events and started to grow.  I am proud to announce
that we now have 30 members in Brotherhood.   Before we unveil the marquee, I
would like to thank the members of Brotherhood for their efforts in raising
the funds for this sign.  I would also like to thank all of the members of
this congregation for your support and generous donations.  But most of all
I need to thank Mike Kravitz for all of his hard work in restoring this sign.
All at the same time he was working on the Rabbi's office and the fireworks
booth.  Rabbi - I would like to present you with the keys to the sign.”
